As a result of an aesthetic research inspired by ergonomics and simplicity, Ciclotte Bike is made of high-tech materials carbon, steel and glass fibres. Design and style express the strong sporty vocation of Ciclotte Bike: the shape of the frame, specially created to fit the five spinning positions, makes the approach to the exercise unique and brings the rider to experience the excitement of a road race. Evolution of Ciclò monocycle, that since 2007 is part of the Italian Design Museum, Ciclotte Bike seduces with its shape and innovative design.
Teckell’s motto “Italian design looks forward” meets Ciclotte’s “Ride on design” in the realization of the first-ever made transparent crystal exercise bike. The transparency connects the 2 structural parts of the bike like an invisible bridge, the result is a revolution in the design of fitness equipment. A sculpture that does not exclude function, guaranteeing optimum performance thanks to its sophisticated mechanics and ergonomics. The unique design of Ciclotte bike meets the warmth of wood and the unique know-how of the Dtales artisan atelier. Ciclotte Dtales is the new version of bike characterized by finishes either in open-pore finished grey ash or Makassar bony (one of the rarest and most precious wood species in the world), mother-of-pearl inlay and mat carbon fibre combined in a creation which is a real art-craft, hitherto reserved only to the world of aviation
Deep passion for design, true sporting vocation and uncompromised quality: these are the three values shared by Multi Design, owner of the CICLOTTE brand, and by Pirelli that gave rise to the new exclusive edition of the Ciclotte design exercise-bike branded PIRELLI.
The new Ciclotte mantains all the technical features of our iconic design exercise-bike and for the first time introduces rubber handles with an “all over” PIRELLI logo to maximize grip during the most intense workouts.
The overall graphic, on the frame in carbon fibre, recalls the famous tyre used in the world’s most prestigious car competition of which Pirelli is the sole supplier, available in the 5 colors used during the race weekend: the “hard” white, the “medium” yellow, the red “soft” and the green and blue “rain”.
Thanks to the innovative set of modular weights, featuring a patented hooking mechanism, it will be possible to quickly change the weight used during the training from 1.5 kg to 6 kg, allowing the user to perform for the first time a real workouts and body building sessions on design weights. The kit of dumbbell has been awarded IDA “International Design Awards”. The set recalls the history of Ciclotte Bike reproducing its iconic circular shape related to the “circle of life” and sharing its aesthetic identity: a piece of design and a functional fitness tool.
Developed in co-operation with Woodfriend and designed by Davide Negri and Luca Schieppati, Ciclotte Wall-bar is an unmissable complement for any interior design and luxury gym project: a real gymnastic ladder, but a unique mirror when the exercising racks are folded away.
